Ber welcomed us into beautiful relaxing surroundings that are a reflection of her warm personality. Ber has a very calming serene presence that instantly puts you at your ease. We found her gently compassionate approach with children in a secure, safe and indeed a fun environment led to an establishment of trust that encouraged a very positive working relationship within the family unit. Ber has always been very approachable, open, and available to us when we needed help or guidance.
